Microsoft® Settlement Funds - Iowa

In 2003 and 2004, Microsoft Corporation settled antitrust class action lawsuits with businesses and consumers in several states. As part of the settlement terms, Microsoft agreed to provide vouchers for the purchase of specified hardware and software.

are eligible for purchase under the settlement terms!

Vouchers may be redeemed for eligible products and/or services purchased between

August 17, 2009 and June 30, 2014

How to claim funds:

First, check your Voucher Balance here [1] (you can obtain your password by contacting the claims administrator here [2].)

Next, complete the redemption form for your district, click here [3] for the form and additional resources, including redemption guidelines.

Forms must be signed and postmarked on or before June 30, 2014.
