Microsoft® Settlement Funds - Wisconsin

In 2003 and 2004, Microsoft Corporation settled antitrust class action lawsuits with businesses and consumers in several states. As part of the settlement terms, Microsoft agreed to provide vouchers for the purchase of specified hardware and software.

Vouchers may be redeemed for eligible products and/or services purchased between

June 1, 2009 and October 31, 2013

How to claim funds:

Forms must be signed and postmarked on or before November 15, 2013.
