Thirty Scholarships of $750 to Support Professional Development Will be Awarded in Spring 2005
What: Applications for Inspiration Software's 2005 Inspired Teacher Scholarships for Visual Learning will be available on Sept. 14, 2004 at www.inspiration.com/scholarship. For the seventh year, the Inspired Teacher Scholarship program will support professional development activities for educators who champion the integration of visual learning and technology into the curriculum. Thirty scholarships, each with a value of $750, will be awarded in the spring of 2005.
Why: Inspiration Software is committed to supporting educators as they use graphic organizers and other visual learning tools to help students develop strong thinking and organizational skills and improve their academic performance.
Who: Educators from K-12 schools and colleges and universities are eligible to apply for the 2005 Inspired Teacher Scholarships for Visual Learning. A minimum of one year of service is required and applicants must demonstrate that they have direct contact with students.
When: Application materials will be available Sept. 14, 2004. The deadline is Jan. 27, 2005.
