Microsoft® Settlement Funds - California

In 2003 and 2004, Microsoft Corporation settled antitrust class action lawsuits with businesses and consumers in several states. As part of the settlement terms, Microsoft agreed to provide vouchers for the purchase of specified hardware and software.

In January 2011 the decision was announced to extend the second round distribution eligibility date to:

September 25, 2013

Inspiration Software products, including Inspiration®, Kidspiration® and InspireData® are eligible for purchase under the settlement terms!

Vouchers may be redeemed for eligible products and/or services purchased between

July 1, 2006 and September 25th, 2013

How to claim funds:

First, check your Software Voucher (SV) Balance here (you can obtain your password by contacting your regional California Technology Assistance Project office here) .
