Use this template with kindergarten kids on up to second grade. First review the concepts of setting, character, and action. The students drag in a picture for each story element and then practice reading their stories. Let them loose to create two more stories with different settings, characters and actions. Have younger students use the recording sound function to record the telling of their story. For older students, go to the writing mode and add detailed sentences to tell the story.
