Description :

Students can use This Kidspiration activity to compare two political candidates, such as those running for president of the United States. There are areas for students to compare the candidates' positions on the issues, their backgrounds, challenges and achievements. Students are also asked to conclude the activity with an overall analysis who they think is the better candidate and why.

Students can conduct research on the candidate's views in the 2008 presidential election using sources such as the following:

For an Inspiration® template that focuses specifically on the leading candidates for president in 2008, see Quest for the White House 2008: McCain and Obama.
This activity was created using Kidspiration 3, which must be installed to open the file(s). Download a 30-day free trial at www.inspiration.com/freetrial
